Succession paves the way for ongoing RMCG success

Did you know that RMCG is 100% owned by its employees?

RMCG shareholders include the Principal Consultants and the RMCG Employee Share Scheme (ESS), which is owned by multiple employees.

The ESS allows for a high level of employee involvement in the business and simultaneously provides a pathway for leadership and succession. It was recently restructured to reflect growth of the business and enable more people to share ownership, which is something the business has prioritised since its beginning in 1989.

Our Leadership Team

The RMCG Leadership Team consists of seven Principals (Directors) and three senior staff. As we kick off the 2025/26 financial year, we are excited to announce some changes to this team.

Dr Anne-Maree Boland will be stepping down from the Leadership Team, continuing in the business as an Associate. Carl Larsen will move from Associate to Principal, while continuing his role on the Leadership Team.

After four years at the helm as Managing Principal, Anna Kelliher will be transitioning the role to Matt Shanahan.

• Steph Drum – Associate (Orange)
• Mandy McIntosh – Operations Manager (Bendigo).
