RMCG specialise in farm financial analysis and management.

Our financial analysis is applied to a vast range of crops and enterprises. The purpose of financial analysis can be to understand specific management issues within a business, to identify decisions required to improve business profit, or for assessment of loss and expert witness in legal disputes. We work closely with business owners, banks, accountants, lawyers, insurers or other parties who need accurate financial assessments.

Adrian has more than 25 years’ experience in agricultural business and natural resource management research, policy, education and extension.  He is a specialist farm business management adviser, who consults to medium to large scale private farmers, agribusiness investors, agricultural industry groups and government agencies.  Adrian has specific skills and experience in strategic planning, business analysis, facilitation, and training and education in rural Australia.  Most recently he led the loss assessment for the Kilmore and Murrindindi bushfire class actions and is the sole accredited deliverer of BusinessEDGE in Victoria and Tasmania.

Daryl has over 20 years of experience is in the areas of agribusiness and farm management, particularly the dairy industry.   He has a diploma in Human Resource Management (Dairy) and can assist farming businesses with their employment practices to ensure their workforce is both effective and compliant.  Daryl also has an in depth understanding of water policy and what it means at the farm level which allows him to assist irrigation businesses develop their water risk management strategies.   Daryl has both facilitator and strategic planning experience and can assist farming businesses and organisations to achieve their goals.

Donna is an agricultural consultant with experience in research, extension, farm business management and evaluation. She enjoys working with groups or individual businesses to solve problems, support decision-making and put research into practice. Donna has worked in accounting and has strong analytical and project management skills. She is also actively involved in The Australasia-Pacific Extension Network (APEN).

Will has a background in sociology and economics and has expertise in social research, and economic analysis. He has worked in a broad range of areas, including agriculture, regional economic development, tourism and insurance. Will believes it is important to understand the social context of economic problems, and specialises in combining data and anecdotal evidence to generate insights and help make decisions.

Jacqui works predominantly in the dairy industry. This work focuses on business planning, profitability and the efficient use of water and other natural resources on-farm, including dairy effluent. Clients include: farmers, state government agencies, dairy regional development programs and Dairy Australia. Her knowledge of business management helps businesses and rural industries understand trends and issues to make better decisions.

He has specialised experience in research, farm modelling and economic analysis. Sam’s specific skills in economic analysis and stochastic risk modelling can provide advice to agricultural clients on business, investment and decision analyses.

Emma is an agricultural consultant with experience in research, red meat production, farm business management, and extension. Prior to commencing at RMCG, she studied both crop agronomy and farm business management, with a strong interest in data compliance and management. Currently, Emma is actively involved as the Industry Development Officer for VegNET Tasmania.

Sophie has extensive experience in private and public companies complimented with the successful operation of two privately owned companies. This has included roles in the Agricultural Sector, Quality Management, Operations & Business Management and Accounting enabling her to develop skills in many areas including; Lean Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Education & Training, WHS, Project Management, and Soil & Plant Nutrition.
