Strategic planning and evaluation support for drought recovery grant program

Foundation for Rural and Regional Recovery (FRRR)

The Tackling Tough Times Together (TTTT) grant program is a collaborative donor grant program administered by FRRR and with funding support from a group of partners that aims to provide some relief and support to drought affected communities in Queensland and NSW.

RMCG were engaged to provide initial strategic planning support for the grant program and subsequently completed a program evaluation to inform continuous improvement. We evaluated the program in partnership with FRRR, training their in house staff and drawing on qualitative and quantitative data collected primarily from an online survey and one-on-one interviews.
