We work with organisations and communities to help build that strength and effectiveness through strategic planning, facilitation and training.

 

We have an excellent track record in working with organisations to identify better ways of delivering programs, particularly in the agricultural and natural resource management sectors.

 

We have specialist skills in social research, economic analysis and program evaluation.

 

We demonstrate our commitment to rural leadership through a variety of approaches.

 

We assist in building strong rural and regional communities and leaders by developing skills and community plans with the aim of building capacity in rural communities. We have managed the South Australian Rural Leadership program, co-delivered the leadership seminar to the Australian Rural Women of the Year seminar, we contribute to the Loddon Murray and Fairley Community Leadership Programs and have participated in the Williamson Community Leadership Program. We are also presenters with “Working with People” providing training courses throughout rural Australia.
